Kelly met his wife Haley while a Youth Resident at Waterview. In 2001, he became the Senior High Youth Minister. Kelly played football for Stephen F. Austin State University where he received his degree.

Kelly coordinates all phases of the youth program including classroom teaching, devotionals, and evangelism to teens. Each summer, he leads our youth on several trips, serves as coordinator for 2 sessions of camp and leads a group on Wilderness Trek.
