2009 Waterview Pictorial Directory
It's picture directory time again at Waterview. Every three years we produce a new picture directory and it's time to sign up for a time for your picture to be made.
A table is set up in the foyer, just outside of the office, where you can set a time for your picture. Many appointments have been made already so sign up today.
The dates for having your family portrait taken with Life Touch Photography begin in mid-November and run through early December.
You can use this link to sign up online (it's not too late!):

Quarter Collection Results
November 23rd, children flooded the front of the auditorium to give their quarters for the Nicaragua Breakfast for Children program.
The basket was heavy with coins and several checks came in later in the day from others. When all was counted, the grand total was $6,023.47. Our children continue to give from their hearts so that children less fortunate than they are can have a hot breakfast. Our Latino children collected and gave $166.59.
Also, because of Waterview's generous giving, 70 families will be given food baskets along with 27 older people in the congregation.
Primetimers Ministry Moves to Respond
Recently, a senior citizen who is a Waterview member fell and needed an emergency contact. However the only contact information they had was a Waterview pocket directory.
The elders met with the Primetimers deacons and asked that they develop a plan for responding to the needs of our seniors at Waterview.
The plan includes providing each Primetimer with an ICE card (in case of emergency) to carry with them. In addition, plans are in the works to have periodic checks on people with special needs.
